This policy explains processing, delivery times, tracking, shipping delays, and physical product fulfillment.

1. Overview
JM Highridge Global sells both digital products and physical products. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products do not require physical shipping. After successful checkout, digital products may be delivered by email, download link, or through the customer account area.
If you do not receive your digital download, check your inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, and My Account area. If you still need help, contact support at support@jmhighridgeglobal.com.
3. Physical Product Processing Time
Physical product orders may require processing before shipment. Standard processing time is usually 1–3 business days, but processing may vary depending on product availability, supplier handling, order volume, payment review, holidays, or fulfillment requirements.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
4. Estimated Shipping Time
Standard estimated delivery time for physical products is usually 7–12 business days after processing, unless a different estimate is stated on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by courier delays, customs, weather, public holidays, address issues, high order volume, supplier delays, or local delivery conditions.
5. Shipping Locations
Shipping availability may depend on product type, supplier, courier, destination, and fulfillment partner. Some products may not be available for delivery to all countries, regions, islands, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or restricted addresses.
If an order cannot be shipped to your address, we may contact you for an alternative address, cancel the order, or issue a refund where appropriate.
6. Tracking Information
If tracking is available, tracking details may be sent by email or shown in your order information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment.
Some fulfillment methods may provide limited tracking or delayed tracking updates, depending on the carrier and destination.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. Shipping rates may vary based on product type, destination, order size, shipping method, supplier, or fulfillment partner.
8. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
JM Highridge Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance, import restrictions, unpaid duties, or local authority processing.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Please check your name, address, apartment number, city, region, postal code, country, phone number, and email before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
10. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package appears delayed, check your tracking information first. Some packages may show delayed updates while in transit.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact support with your order number and tracking details. We may investigate with the carrier, supplier, or fulfillment partner where possible.
11. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact support as soon as possible. Please keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and all included materials until the issue is reviewed.
Please include:
- Order number.
- Photos of the damaged product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- Photos of the shipping label, if available.
- A clear description of the issue.
12. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple physical products, items may ship separately depending on supplier, warehouse, availability, or fulfillment method. You may receive more than one package and more than one tracking update.
13. Delivery Refusal or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned due to customer error, additional shipping costs, return fees, restocking fees, or reshipment costs may apply.
14. Delivery Timeframe Commitment
We aim to ship physical products within the timeframe stated on the product page, at checkout, or in this Shipping Policy. If a significant shipping issue occurs and we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate, alternative solution, cancellation option, or refund option where appropriate.
