No. Digital products do not require physical shipping. They are delivered electronically by download link, email, or customer account access.

Yes. Customers can log in or register through the My Account page.

Your account may allow you to view orders, access eligible downloads, update account details, and manage customer information.

Digital products are usually delivered instantly or shortly after checkout. Because digital files can be accessed, copied, or downloaded, refunds may be limited once access has been provided.

If there is a technical issue, missing file, duplicate purchase, or incorrect download access, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.

Refunds for physical products depend on the condition of the item, the reason for the request, the product type, and whether the order has already been processed, shipped, or delivered.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Digital products may not be cancellable after download access has been provided. Physical products may not be cancellable once fulfillment or shipping has started.
